My most and main focus laid on finding local counterparts that could be trained to take over the main functions within Dahaco in Dar-Es-Salaam as well as Kilimanjaro International Airports.

During this period I was also asked by the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar to assist and facilitate international flights operation at Kisauni Airport, Zanzibar

Airport ManagerJönköping Airport was planned to be closed down by the owner, Swedish Government unless it could be developed and taken over by new interested party.

Main task was 1/ find areas that could be developed

2/ Find prospective new owner and manage an eventual
sell or takeover

During the first year we developed the cargo operations area with more than 100 times volume wise.

We also managed to successfully start up Incoming Charter operations which is steadily growing.

01st January 2010 the Airport was sold and taken over by the Jönköping Municipality.

The Airport is today considered by the CAA in Sweden as one of the best airports on Airport Safety Management.
